梅花香自苦寒来

As for me, I am preparing NETEM through a whole year and have experienced so many hardships, but I believe that I will get success in the end.

In my point of view, success needs enough patience, sufficient knowledge. Above all, we should know how to use patience to acquire knowledge. We will get success when we do the things summing up above.
